Return & refund Policy

At BerrySkin, we stand behind the quality of our fruit-powered clinical formulas. However, due to the nature of skincare products and for the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The safety seal must be intact. (We cannot accept returns for products where the seal has been broken or tampered with).

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene and health safety).

Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."

Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@berryskin.co (or WhatsApp us) with your Order ID and photos of the unopened product.

Shipping: Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (or Bank Transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged bottle or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos so we can send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
