At BerrySkin, we aim to get your fruit-powered glow to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We ship nationwide across Pakistan using our trusted courier partners.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 Business Days.
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 Business Days.
*Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan. However, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 6000.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Contact us via WhatsApp for pre-payment details to enjoy contactless delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website to stay updated on its status.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and active mobile number are correct at checkout. Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned parcels.
